Jared earned his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2001. During law school, Jared was a member of Law Review and the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Legal Writing and Research. Jared graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a bachelors degree in the Russian language.

Some of Attorney Whites cases involve the elderly who have been financially exploited by predatory insurance sales practices, families who have been wrongfully denied life insurance benefits following a loved ones death, and others who have been denied benefits from insurance policies they have paid for. He also represents those who have been harmed by anothers negligence, and has extensive experience litigating such matters in various Arizona Courts. Jared Everton was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2001. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Attorney Everton is a member of the firms litigation department, representing individuals and businesses in matters involving insurance. Included in his list of clients is one of the largest insurance carriers in the State of Arizona. Jared is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Jared interned for Senator John McCain in Washington D.C. He speaks Czech, Slovak, and Russian.
