What can I do if I was sold a lemon of a car?
I bought a 2000 BMW 323i for $4000 from someone on craigslist. I asked repeatedly if there were any major problems with the car they said over and over there is nothing major wrong with the car. So I went to the BMW dealership for my AC and they told me something was wrong with the transmission which would cost $2000 to $4000. I called the person I bought it from and he's not answering the phone.
